Adult Programs Description & Sign-Up Form
(RCIA) The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults is a process of Catholic formation and education that spiritually, doctrinally, and personally prepares people to enter the Holy Name Catholic family. The course is taught by Holy Name's Echo Apprentice Catechetical Leader from the University of Notre Dame, Lindsay Wilcox, and focuses not only on the content of our faith, but on our lived experience in Christian community. If you are interested in becoming Catholic or just curious to learn more about the Catholic faith, we invite you to join our journey!
Want to become a Catholic? RCIA begins September 20th, 2009, but call any time! Contact Lindsay Wilcox 784-5454 x7.

Fr. Luke Mary Fletcher, CFR
On August 10, 2009, Fr. Luke Mary Fletcher gave a presentation at Holy Name on the Priesthood of the Baptized. As Catholics we believe that all the Baptized have a special share in the one Priesthood of Christ. If you would like to listen to the presentation, you may do so by clicking here.
Jonathan's Studies
I am taking classes for a Master's degree in Theology right now. From time to time, I write on a topic that some may find interesting. Below are some of my papers that you are welcome to read. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions! Important note: while I am doing my very best to only write only truth, please understand that these research papers do contain ideas and opinions that are speculation and not always defined Catholic doctrine.
The Fall of Lucifer: This paper explores a tradition that Lucifer and the angels were shown a vision of God's plan for the Incarnation. It was the thought of God combining Himself with flesh that caused the highest angel to rebel. 12 pages
The Secret of the Mass: This paper seeks to explain some of the profound theological reasons why Vatican II issued liturgical reform. 15 pages
Below is a simple video presentation I made on this subject during the Lenten Spiritual Boot Camp. Each video is about ten minutes long.
