Mercy Meals

This ministry helps ease family and friends through the loss of a loved one by serving a meal in Hartman Hall or the Parish Life Center Conference Room following the funeral liturgy and cemetery interment. Several volunteers prepare meats, side dishes and desserts, and new volunteers are always welcome. All the food is donated by parishioners.

stvincentdepaulSt. Vincent DePaul Society (SVdP) helps those in need by providing emergency food, clothes, and household items to people in our parish and surrounding areas. This ministry requests donations through announcements in the bulletin (Blanket Sunday, canned food drives, “The Giving Tree,” etc.). In addition to donations, volunteers are needed every third Saturday at the food pantry in Indianapolis from 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM, and about every six weeks on Saturday mornings at the distribution center. Volunteers are always greatly appreciated!
