Campus Facility Rental

Holy Name Catholic Church has two large meeting areas available on campus for potential use by parish parishioners or organizations outside the Holy Name family. These facilities are suitable for wedding receptions, anniversary parties, graduation parties, banquets, etc.

The Jerry Craney Performance Center (JCPC) is available for large group gatherings or events. This facility holds a maximum of 500 guests.

Hartman Hall is the school cafeteria area which is available for rental use accommodating up to 325 guests.

Please note ~ Parishioner rates apply only to registered parishioners of Holy Name parish.

To make a rental request, please download, fill out, and sign the Application for Facility Use form and return it to the parish office.

Please submit request at least four weeks in advance of event date. Please note – all rental requests are pending based upon availability and approval by Fr. Williams. All approved requests will be required to sign a rental agreement, pay deposit and fees prior to the event, and provide proof of liability insurance. For any additional questions regarding facility rentals, please contact the Business Manager at the parish office.
