Sick Needs & At-home Communion
Please keep the parish office informed so that we may minister to those who are ill at home, in the hospital, or a health care facility. The hospital does not notify the parish office of admissions.

If you are unable to come to Mass and would like Communion in your home, please call the parish office.

Anointing of the Sick
Like all sacraments, Holy Anointing was instituted by Jesus Christ. The special grace of this sacrament unites a sick person to the passion of Christ providing strength, peace, and the courage to endure in a Christian manner the sufferings of illness. This sacrament is not exclusively for those at the point of death but also encompasses anyone of the faithful facing surgery, sickness, old age, or mental illness.
To schedule an anointing, please call the parish office.

Planning a Funeral
The death of someone we love can be a time of great sorrow, but for Christians, death is not the end. As a spiritual community, our parish serves as support and comfort in times of sorrow.

Please call the parish office to notify Father or a staff member when a loved one has died. A meeting time will be set to plan the Catholic Funeral Rite and burial.

House Blessing
It is an ancient custom for Christians to have their homes blessed, typically in relation to the Feast of Epiphany (January 6th) which commemorates the coming of the Wise Men to the house of the Holy Family.

The idea is to set apart your home as a place of Christian hospitality to all those who shall enter your home, just as the Wise Men came to the house of Jesus, Mary and Joseph. By such an action you are saying, “May those who visit our home, also find Christ in our midst.”

This is a wonderful way to consecrate your home for Christ and to show your family the importance of having a genuinely Catholic home.

To schedule a house blessing, please call the parish office.
