Holy Name Catholic Church has two large meeting areas available on campus for potential use by parish parishioners or organizations outside the Holy Name family. These facilities are suitable for wedding receptions, anniversary parties, graduation parties, banquets, etc. There is also an off-site bingo Hall that is available for rental.
The Jerry Craney Performance Center (JCPC/gymnasium) and Bingo Hall are available for large group gatherings or events and can hold a maximum of 500 guests. Please note all events that take place in the JCPC must be approved by the athletic director, Jamin Wernke.
Hartman Hall is the school cafeteria area which is available for rental use accommodating up to 325 guests.
Holy Name also has several smaller rooms that may be reserved for smaller events up to 50 people including baby or bridal showers, card parties, mercy meals and meetings.
Please note ~ Parishioner rates apply only to registered parishioners of Holy Name parish.
To make a rental request, please download, fill out, and sign the Application for Facility Use form and return it to the parish office.
Please submit request at least four weeks in advance of event date. Please note – all rental requests are pending based upon availability and approval by Fr. Williams. All approved requests will be required to sign a rental agreement, pay deposit and fees prior to the event, and provide proof of liability insurance.
