Holy Name Catholic Church has two large meeting areas available on campus for potential use by our parishioners or organizations outside the Holy Name family. These facilities are suitable for wedding receptions, anniversary parties, graduation parties, banquets, etc.
The Jerry Craney Performance Center (JCPC/gymnasium) is available for large group gatherings or events and can hold a maximum of 500 guests. Please note all events that take place in the JCPC must be approved by the athletic director, Jamin Wernke.
Hartman Hall (Café) is the school cafeteria area which is available for rental use accommodating up to 325 guests.
Holy Name also has two smaller rooms that may be reserved for smaller events up to 50/100 guests. These rooms may be rented separately or combined for larger accommodations, and are suitable for baby or bridal showers, card parties, meetings, and mercy meals, etc.
Please note- Parishioner rates apply only to registered parishioners of Holy Name parish.
To make a rental request, please contact the parish office at 317-784-5454, to check for availability. The facility will be held as reserved upon receipt of the required deposit, and signing of the rental agreement. All fees and proof of insurance, as well as any other required licensure are due a minimum of two weeks prior to the event.
