Holy Name is proud to once again host the Southside 3rd Grade Basketball League. This league is open to all South Deanery Catholic Schools. Each school is welcome to enter more than 1 team in the league. This year we have 10 teams in our league. Schools participating include: Holy Name, St. Jude, St. Roch, Nativity. St. Barnabas, Sts Francis & Clare and St. Mark. We are looking to expand the league to more South Deanery schools in the upcoming years. Our games are played on 10 foot rims and we use 27.0 size balls. We have two officials and we keep score. Last year we played 6 regular season games with a two-day, single elimination tournament.
